To make full use of MayWeHelp we ask that you provide certain information that is used to select advertisements and services that are relevant and interesting to you. The MayWeHelp chat sign-in page requires your first name.

All other Personal Information is optional for you to supply but can be used by MayWeHelp to enhance the service you receive. For example, company and phone numbers are optional, but will enable us to provide a better quality of service by the agents assisting you.

Use, Security and Distribution of Information
MayWeHelp respects your willingness to share personal information about yourself, your interests, and your activities, and we are dedicated to protecting your privacy. We will not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share the information you provide, or use it to send promotional materials or information, without your permission.

Your Personal Information, both required and optional, is used to set up your MayWeHelp account or chat with an agent. Your Personal Information may also be aggregated with the information of other MayWeHelp service users to provide summary demographic and targeted advertising data for use by MayWeHelp, its advertisers, and its potential investors or business partners. Aggregated Information refers to information that cannot be traced back to specific individuals.  MayWeHelp keeps all of your Personal Information on its network and does not disclose that information to third parties. MayWeHelp utilizes server, database, and backup and security technologies to protect the security of the MayWeHelp network. MayWeHelp will not disclose your Personal Information except when we have your consent or when we are required to disclose it pursuant to a court order or if requested by a law enforcement agency or other legal requirement.

MayWeHelp will not send you any unsolicited information, including e-mail, except as mentioned below. New users will receive a MayWeHelp welcome e-mail explaining the features provided by the service. MayWeHelp may, from time to time, send you information about the MayWeHelp service, your account, or about other MayWeHelp offerings, but neither MayWeHelp nor its advertisers will send you e-mail regarding any other commercial offers or advertisements at any time without your prior approval.

MayWeHelp will not monitor or disclose any communications that authorized users send or receive via the MayWeHelp service, except as may be required by law or legal process. MayWeHelp may, from time to time, keep audible records of spoken commands to the MayWeHelp service in order to further develop and improve the MayWeHelp service. As with other forms of Internet communication and cellular phone conversations, the privacy of communications or the appropriateness of message content sent and received via the MayWeHelp service cannot be guaranteed by MayWeHelp.
